4.1 Order placement and acceptance

An order is registered with us once you complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation and order number via email. A binding sales agreement enters into force only when the products are packed and dispatched and you receive a dispatch notification. Prior to this, we may cancel the purchase and refund the money paid.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

The package will not be dispatched if payment is interrupted or declined. If you chose payment upon delivery and fail to collect or accept the items, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse and the order will be cancelled.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Review your address details carefully before purchasing: if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we will deduct shipping costs from the refunded amount.

You may return an unopened product in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt in accordance with our return terms. Please contact us first to obtain a return number and ship the parcel only to the address we provide. We will refund the purchase price of the goods. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error or a damaged product. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains in effect.

Products sold must match their descriptions and be in proper condition at the time of delivery. Our products carry statutory liability for defects under Finnish consumer protection legislation. We guarantee that delivered supplements and creams match their product descriptions, are free from defects, and remain stable until the stated best-before date when kept under proper storage conditions. If the product has a manufacturing defect within the local statutory warranty period, we will resolve the issue, provide a replacement product, or refund the price after inspection. The warranty does not cover improper storage, incorrect use, or damage sustained after receipt.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Finland, and any disputes will primarily be resolved through direct negotiations or in line with recommendations issued by the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. If a dispute cannot be resolved between us, the matter may be handled in the court of the seller's registered office. A consumer customer has the right to bring the dispute to the district court of their place of residence. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country remain in effect.

We may transfer the rights and obligations under the agreement to a potential successor of the business without diminishing the customer's legal protection. The customer may not assign the agreement to another party without our written consent.

If we do not immediately enforce any term in a specific instance, this does not constitute a waiver of the right to demand compliance with that term later.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful or invalid, the remaining terms remain in full force and effect. The invalid term will be replaced with a legal provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
